What is Sportevi?
A platform to run organized sport end to end — draws, entries, live scoring, scheduling, rankings, payments and a full federation and club suite. One place for organizers, players and spectators.
Who is it for?
Clubs running regular competition, federations administering a whole sport, and coaches running social or casual play. Players and fans use it to enter events and follow live scores and rankings.
Do players need an account?
No. Results, draws and rankings are public and readable by anyone. A player only needs an account to claim their profile, enter an event themselves, or manage a junior.
How much does it cost?
Running public competitions is free. The Club and Federation plans add the always-on club tools and the governing-body suite. See the pricing page for details.
Can I import from TournamentSoftware?
Yes. Import your roster from CSV, or a full tournament from XML (TournamentSoftware / BWF / ITF). You can export clean XML back out, so nothing is locked in.
Is the scoring really live?
Yes. A referee scores at the net and every point reaches spectators, the scoreboard and the streaming overlay in real time over websockets, with a polling fallback if the venue network dips.
Which sports does it support?
It is multi-sport from day one — squash, tennis, padel, badminton, pickleball, table tennis and more. Adding a sport is configuration, not new code.
What languages are available?
The interface is English-first with full translations. Romanian ships today and more European languages are on the way. Each tenant can set its own default language.
Can I use my own domain and branding?
Yes. A federation or club can run a white-label microsite on its own domain, with its own colours and logo — native pages, real SEO, no iframe.
Who owns the data?
You do. Results and rankings are yours; the public API and XML export mean you can read and move your data at any time.
How do payments work?
You set dynamic prices, packages and discounts, and the platform produces invoices and a live P&L. Online collection (PayPal / Netopia) plugs into a clean payment seam at hand-off.
